Our Team
Carla Cid de Diego's story is one of resilience and inspiration. Raised in Spain, amidst a backdrop of creativity and entrepreneurship, she honed her skills and vision from a young age. With a BFA from the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC and certifications from renowned experts like Ed J Smith and Grant Cardone, and learnings from luminaries like Alsonso Puig in Spain, Carla has spent years guiding individuals, groups, and businesses worldwide.
But Carla's journey hasn't been without challenges. She faced profound personal losses and navigated through the darkness of a toxic relationship. Yet, fueled by unwavering determination and a promise to her late mother, Carla embarked on a journey of healing and self-discovery.
Now, she channels her experiences and empathy into mentoring and coaching, helping others navigate their own paths to success.
With a unique blend of artistic flair, business acumen, and compassion, Carla continues to uplift and inspire those around her, proving that even in life's darkest moments, there's always a path forward towards light and growth.

Gianna Tesone is an independent artist and creative consultant in New York City. She holds a BFA in Fine and Studio Art, specializing in painting technique, art history, and creative theory. Within her own artist practice, she has exhibited in museums, galleries and shows. Over the last five years, Gianna has integrated herself into collaborative and interdisciplinary fields within the arts, business, public events and educational landscapes across the United States. Her work has expanded by way of public art projects, creative direction, project management, teaching workshops, non-profit fundraising and youth educational initiatives. She actively works with other artists, organizations and artworld professionals to cultivate impact through purposeful connection and community.
She came to be part of Zenith through cultivated mentorship with Carla in August of 2023. this initiative enabled her to expand her reach and influence, amplifying her impact within the artistic community and beyond. With her unique blend of artistic talent, business acumen, and passion for community engagement, Gianna continues to carve out her path as a trailblazer in the creative realm, leaving an indelible mark on those she encounters and the projects she undertakes.
